# MediaBot

> MediaBot is an AI-powered content platform that generates social media posts and newsletter email campaigns in about one minute. It learns each brand from the company website, lets users review and edit everything, then schedules publishing to Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and email subscribers. Operated by Bot Machina LLC.

MediaBot has two main workflows: **Social Feeds** (generate and schedule social posts in one step) and **Newsletters** (build full email campaigns with subject lines, body content, and images). The **AI Profile Manager** scans a company website to learn products, audience, and brand voice so content is written about the actual business, not from generic templates.

Beyond text generation, MediaBot includes a **Media Manager** to search free stock images and videos, AI image creation and editing tools, and a **Video Manager** for attaching video to posts. All plans can **sync HeyGen videos** into the media library; the Studio plan adds **AI avatar video** creation inside the platform.

Users review and edit all content before publishing. One click adds items to the schedule; posts go to connected social accounts and newsletters go to email subscribers on the chosen dates. **Agency mode** supports pooled client seats, a separate AI profile per client, admin and **Vibe Marketer** team roles, and a centralized dashboard for multiple client accounts.
